Christiansborg palace was built in 11 century and is located in the center of Copenhagen. The Danish parliament, the Folketing and the Prime Minister’s Office is located in the beautiful old buildings.
Additionally, the Royal Family still using parts of the palace, including the Royal Reception Rooms, the chapel and the royal stables.
My own experience: I’ve never visited Christiansborg palace or the Royal Stables. Those I know who have visited the castle, refer to the experiences in positive terms.
