In the kitchen the professional chef and master chef winner Umut Ra Sakarya,<br \/>\ncreates classic Danish fast food such as roast pork sandwich, hot dog and other Danish<br \/>\nspecialties.<\/p>\n<p>Every ingredients used in various dishes are made of scratch. When you order one of their popular roast pork sandwich, you can expect to Umut have made and baked the bun, boiled red cabbage and pickled the cucumbers and more.<\/p>\n<p>The interior of the grill bar is very cozy. It is a nice combination of Danish cosiness and a<br \/>\nlittle grandma style. It&#8217;s a nice place to be and you feel welcome.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>My own experience:<\/strong><\/em> I visited grill bar the pig in late September 2015 where I tasted their roast pork sandwich and their homemade beer, which they have made in collaboration with N\u00f8rrebro&#8217;s Brewery. Their pork sandwich tastes fantastic it is the best I have ever tasted. Their beer is a wheat beer which goes really well with the food and tasted delicious. S\u00e5 n\u00e5r du bestiller en af deres popul\u00e6re fl\u00e6skestegssandwich kan du forvente, at Umut selv har lavet og bagt bollerne, kogt r\u00f8dk\u00e5len og agurker og meget mere.<\/p>\n<p>Selve indretningen af grillbaren er meget hyggeligt. Det er en god kombination af danske hygge og lidt mormor stil. Det er et rart sted at v\u00e6re og man f\u00f8ler sig velkommen.<\/p>\n<p><em>Mine egne erfaringer:<\/em> Jeg bes\u00f8gte grillbaren Grisen i slutningen af september 2015, her jeg smagte deres fl\u00e6skestegssandwich og deres \u00f8l, som de ved at f\u00e5 lavet i samarbejde med N\u00f8rrebro\u2019s Bryghus.
