Last night I visited a restaurant 56 degrees and located at Christianshavn in Copenhagen.
The weather is amazing at the moment so we chose to sit outside and have a nice dinner.
We were served different tasty and delicious snacks and dishes with a twist. It is not often that there are some popcorn in my food but it also worked with blackberry, eggs and other good.
It is a very interesting menu that is based on the season’s materials. It is menu that is constantly in motion with new dishes every 3 weeks.
My own experience: It’s been a long time since I have eaten a dinner that did not contain a single meat. On the other hand several dishes included fish which I think is absolutely perfect for those hot summer days.
