In Copenhagen there is a special public transportation called harbor buses.
The harbour buses are a good alternative for those who are tired of getting stuck in traffic and who would like to experience Copenhagen from the water.
The harbour buses sail daily on a regular schedule and route, the Royal Library (The Black
Diamond), Knippelsbro, Nyhavn, Holmen South, Holmen North and Nordre customs house.
It is the same ticket can be used for metro, buses, trains and harbour buses.
My own experience: I have never even taken the harbor buses, but know several who do. I have only heard positive experiences, people enjoy the fresh air sight of beautiful Copenhagen from water.
In Danish: I København findes en gansk særlig transportform kaldet Havnebusserne.
