The fair is reserved for professionals in the hospitality<br \/>\nindustry.<\/p>\n<p>At the fair are a myriad of exhibitors in all types of food, wine, kitchen furniture, restaurant furniture, and more. During the fair the competition Chef of the Year, servant of the year, the<br \/>\nDanish candidacy for the Bocuse d&#8217;or and many other are held.<\/p>\n<p>Beside that ecological today and many other exciting activities is held.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>My own experience:<\/em> <\/strong>I have for many years attended the food fair. Each year, it has been a great pleasure to visit the exhibitors, savor some food and watch the various competitions.<\/p>\n<p><em>In Danish:<\/em> Hvert \u00e5r afholdes Food fair i februar m\u00e5ned i enten K\u00f8benhavn eller Herning.<br \/>\nI \u00e5r 2015 afholdes messen i Bella Center i K\u00f8benhavn fra s\u00f8ndag den 22. februar 2015 til tirsdag den 24. februar 2015. Messen er forbeholdt fagfolk indenfor restaurationsbranchen.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 messen findes et utal af udstillere indenfor alle typer f\u00f8devarer, vine, k\u00f8kkeninventar, restaurantm\u00f8bler og meget andet. I l\u00f8bet af messen k\u00e5res \u00c5rets kok, \u00e5rets tjener, den danske kandidatur til Bocuse d\u2019or og mange andre sp\u00e6ndende konkurrencer.<\/p>\n<p>Dertil afholdes \u00f8kologisk dag og mange andre sp\u00e6ndende aktiviteter.<\/p>\n<p><em>Mine egne erfaringer:<\/em> Jeg har i mange \u00e5r deltaget p\u00e5 f\u00f8devaremessen.
